New to Chicahuac Islands – 1024 rental parcels! These are perfect for those who would like a home on a quiet residential only sim, but do not want to buy a full island just yet.
Rental rates for these islands are L$ 475/week. This includes 215 prims for your use. The house is included with the rental and does not count against your prim usage, neither does the rental box.
You may ask to have the rental home removed and replace it with an island appropriate one of your own. Total prim count available to you then would be 233 prims. A current resident has given permission for a picture of her home to be used here to show what can be done on the islands:
Once you pay the box, please IM Alida Tomsen or Rand Alderson and you will be added to the rental group. Membership in the group will give you control of the media stream and the ability to lock the doors to the house.
