Skyhouse Rentals over Chicahuac Islands
YOU ARE RENTING A SKYBOX, NOT PURCHASING LAND FROM NELHUAYOTL REALTY. You are paying to live in the skybox and control media for the parcel. The island itself is to remain open to all.
Skybox rentals are L$ 350 per week and come with the ability to use 200 prims. Landscaping on the island below may not be moved. Please pay rent at the Rental Kiosk at the Welcome Center. You will be invited to a land group, to give you control over media, but you may not terraform the island below.
25 additional prims may be purchased for L$ 75 per week (for a total of L$ 425 per week). 50 additional prims may be purchased for an additional L$ 150 per week (for a total of L$ 500 per week for the skybox rental). Please contact Alida Tomsen if you are interested in either of these options.
Skybox 14-D is furnished and comes with 125 prims for personal use for L$ 350 per week.
Rental properties cannot be resold, no items may be removed from the parcel without permission from the owner or a manager of Nelhuayotl Realty.
